Simulation Track Projects

The simulation track projects are designed to expose students to event driven techniques. These techniques are often used to estimate and predict the performance behavior of certain systems, including data networks. Each project may contain one or more modules to be completed. Multiple modules are used in some projects to distribute the workload across several weeks. Students attending EE 6340 are encouraged to work on the projects listed below. However, not all the projects listed must be completed in any given semester. The projects that must be completed this semester are clearly indicated, along with the assigned deadlines to complete the modules in the simulation track project. A description of each project can be downloaded by clicking on (pdf). The course TA may provide additional files directly to the students. Questions about the project details may be addressed to the course TA. Questions about the overall project scope may be addressed to the instructor.
