Hello!

Library Information Technology Services (LITS) staff consists of three full time technicians, one student tech, one inventory control staff member, and two public service help desk assistants.

LITS is the support center for library pc's and software.  Our responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the Library Staff Help Desk.  Purchasing and installing all computer equipment. Maintaining approximately 200 computers, circulating laptops, six windows servers, printers in the library used by patrons and staff of the library. Upgrade equipment, software, operating systems, and printers.

We administer account security for library staff, and We manage McDermott Library's computer inventory.

In my spare time I enjoy being with my family and friends, exploring my family background and sewing.
