On Feb 2, I found a Green Heron in the cattails near the lake in Bob Woodruff Park. First winter record for the park. |

Today (Feb 10) this bird popped up briefly from under a fallen tree in the woods behind the Learning Center. I took a photo but couldn't see it clearly at the time, and wasn't able to re-find it later. I thought this might be an Ovenbird at first, but the consensus is that this is a heavily streaked Hermit Thrush. |
