About Me
Dr. R. Paul Battaglio, Jr. is a faculty member in the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at UT-Dallas and Assistant Professor in the Public Affairs Program. He teaches courses on public management, human resource management, and contract and project management. His primary areas of research interest are in comparative policy and administration, comparative political attitudes, and reform of public human resource management. From 1996 to 2001 he was a policy analyst in the Louisiana Governor's Office where he specialized in issues related to economic development and transportation. In 2005, Dr. Battaglio received his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia in public administration. He was a faculty member at UNLV before moving to UT-Dallas in 2007.
