  1. Topic 1: Simulate a 96-station 10 Mb/s Ethernet. The goal is to determine throughput as a function of offered load for two different Ethernet configurations. The traffic generated by any one of the stations with any other station as the destination must follow a Pareto distribution with alpha = 1.25 and k = 1.
    1. 10BASE5 CSMA/CD: The stations are located at random points along a 500-m cable, with at least 1 m distance between adjacent stations.
    2. 10BASE-T Full-duplex: The 96 stations are connected to 8 Ethernet switches, each of which is connected to the Ethernet switch at the root of the tree.
