Welcome to the lab webpage of Dr. Daniel Krawczyk at the University of Texas at Dallas and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. We are a cognitive neuroscience lab studying the mental processes involved in reasoning, decision-making, and memory. We study the relationship between brain and behavior in healthy individuals and in individuals with psychiatric or neurological impairments. We use behavioral measurements, cognitive interventions, and MRI-based techniques in our research.

       

The lab utilizes the state-of-the-art research facilities at three Dallas-area locations: The Center for BrainHealth ®, the Department of Psychiatry, and Advanced Imaging Research Center at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; and the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at the main campus of UT Dallas in Richardson TX.
