Projects Involvement:

Have worked on numerous projects while working in Samsung and Dupont. Some of the work

 involved in at Samsung were the development of DNA chip, micro-PCR, bio-sensor, readers for

 diagnostic applications.  Also involved in the development of ITO(indium tin oxide) target,

 Rechargeable battery, Fuel Cell, photo-polymers for OLED and Lithography, 1.3 propanediol and

 high temperature melting crystalline polystyrene (s-PS) and its catalyst.

While, at Dupont, involved in specialty chemicals, automotive finishes/ polymers, explosives,

 electronics materials/devices:

- Synthesis of ultra pure crystalline micro-porous silica polymorphs and their uses for shape selective par-xylene synthesis from toluene methylation.

- Thin coatings on the crystalline silicas at a few hundred angstrom thickness.

- Fast curing polymer formulation and low temperature emulsion explosives.

- Super tough coatings for plastics

- Plasma thin film deposition on substrates, and plasma surface treatment of pigments and substrates

- Anti-reflective coating development and its use on pellicle film

- Green recycle process development of photo masks
