Diane Seay McNulty, PhD, serves as associate dean for external affairs and corporate development in the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. In her administrative capacity as dean, she coordinates the Jindal School's public relations, marketing, advertising, advisory council, and community and corporate relations.
In her faculty capacity, she annually teaches in the Executive MBA Program, the Global Leadership Executive MBA Program (GLEMBA), the Project Management MBA Program and the Professional (part-time) MBA program. Her current courses include Business Ethics and a course in corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
She is the faculty administrator in charge of the Executive MBA Program's international study trips as well as the annual trip to study policymaking in Washington, D.C.
She also serves as executive editor of MANAGEMENT,
the Jindal School's biannual publication.
Dr. McNulty is active in volunteer efforts to raise the city of Dallas' image as an international city. She serves on the World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas and on the Dallas Committee for Foreign Relations.
She also serves on the board of directors of the Public Affairs Council of Washington, D.C.

Dr. McNulty has also chaired and/or served in some capacity on numerous other not-for-profit boards, often chairing fundraising events.
She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and a former Richard D. Irwin Fellow. She is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Texas.
Her awards and recognitions include being named a 2010 Top Women in Business honoree by the Dallas Business Journal. She was invited to join the Executive Women of Dallas, a nonprofit organization of 100 women executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and elected and appointed government officials in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She served the American Heart Association as a national research grant reviewer in spring 2013.
