Management at the Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. He has a minor joint appointment with the Finance Department for which he teaches a class on Big Data Financial Analytics .

His current research interests focuses on Business Analytics (healthcare analytics, social media analytics and financial analytics). He serves (has served) on the editorial board of Information Systems Research , Informs Journal on Computing , Information Technology Management , Journal of E-commerce Research and Journal of Management Analytics as an AE. He also served as an associate editor for the special on big data at MIS Quarterly and a senior editor for a sepecial issue on the IS and OM interface at Production and Operations Management.
