Our    Testimony

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened (Matt 7:7-8). God is alive and still answers prayer. This testimony has to be shared, to fulfill the promise  I and my wife made to  God when He takes me out of Cameroon  for further studies in the U.S.A.  God has done it and to Him be all the Glory  and praise.

During the 2001  conference on geo-environmental hazards and natural catastrophes in Africa in Yaounde - Cameroon, God impressed in my heart that I should go out of the country for further studies. I told my wife about it and we deceived to pray, since we were not financially viable. We could not afford money for the application, nor to take the required exams that will get me into graduate school. God provided the money, I got  admitted into the University of Texas at Dallas. We were so convinced the lord wanted me to get into the University  of Texas at Dallas that we did not apply to any other University in the United States of America. After my admission was granted, we were faced with a lot of financial difficulties, but God  made a way out for me to get to the U.S. When I got to the US the challenges were so many that I felt like going back. For example I  was not having enough money to pay my tuition and other needs. But God showed up and continued what He has started. He has kept me in school for more than two years now and meets our needs on a daily basis. We are very grateful for all the lord is doing in our lives. We are also thankful to all who are praying for us and to all  those the  lord has used in one way or the other to bring this miracle to pass.

The just shall live by faith (Rom.1:17), and faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see (Heb.11:1). At times it is frightening, but the lord has been there, leading and making a way when ever there seem to be none. The lord Jesus Christ has reunited me with me family. We prayed that the lord will unit us after one year and after one year my family came to be with me.This is inconformity with his promise, He that began a good work in us is faithful, just and will take it to the expected end. To Him be all the glory and praise.

It has not been a gentle ride, my visa was granted the fifth time I went to the embassy. My wife went to the embassy twice before getting a visa. We belief God intervened in our case, because my son was not even present during the second appointment  that their visas were issued, this is not a common happening.  We just want to thank the lord for being so faithful to his word and promises to us. We are here, because he brought us and to him be all the glory and praise. Amen and Amen.
