My research interests include semiconductor material properties, physics of semiconductor devices, device fabrication, and  measurement and characterization of materials and devices.

Recent research activities include the following:

(a) Carbon nanotubes growing by atmospheric PECVD and biological device application of CNT.

(b) Solar cell.

(c) Low-k materials.

(d) Infrared detection and magnetoresistance of InSb.
