Area of Specialization:  My technical expertise focuses in the area of semiconductor process 
development and process integration with particular emphasis in developing microelectronic, 
MEMS, opto-electronic, nanophotonic, and vacuum microelectronic devices in both silicon-based 
and III-V compounds.  I possess fifteen years of leading edge process development experience both 
at IBM and Texas Instruments with special expertise in driving next generation technologies by 
cross-correlating in-line electrical and physical failure analysis data in order to identify 
the root cause of failure and drive corrective action plans to resolve key processing issues.  
Possess both a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science with a cross-disciplinary 
approach to semiconductor and process development.
