For Argon and Helium:
Both the dc bias voltage and sheath resistance scale as a power law of the rf current amplitude.
The pre-exponent of the power law fits vary with pressure. Higher pressures produce smaller sheath resistances and smaller dc bias voltages.
The exponents are nearly independent of pressure.
For Nitrogen:
The power law fits as a function of the rf current amplitude do NOT apply for sheath resistance.
The power law fits for dc bias voltage DO continue to describe the data.
