I am a PhD candidate in Management Science, graduating this year. I worked as a management consultant and senior operations research analyst in the US for several years. I had a chance to work as a consultant to small family-owned businesses as well as to the world’s largest retailer. I gained significant experience in supply chain management and transportation logistics.

My research topics broadly lie in the areas of decision making associated with service operations management, healthcare operations, and energy issues. I am particularly interested in dynamic electricity pricing. On the teaching front, I was involved in various activities ranging from grading to course preparation and tutorial instruction. Most notably, I prepared and taught a model formulation class in a graduate level supply chain management course. I also prepared a case study for teaching. Below is a teaching instance from SUNY-Buffalo.

Should've listened that Steve Jobs guy and built computers :)
