Homework:

Homework problems will be assigned every week but will not be collected or graded. However, there will be a quiz almost every week (last 15 minutes of class time...see Topic Schedule) on the homework assignment. Solutions to the homework will be available after the quiz.

Exams:

All exams and quizzes must be taken at the scheduled time (shown in the calendar) during class hours. Failure to take any Lecture exam or Quiz will result in a "zero"(0) for that activity. There will be no make-up exams for those not taken. Instead, the final exam grade may be substituted for the lowest hour exam.

In addition to the lectures and the text, students may avail themselves of a lecture notes via the World Wide Web.
