Technical Support

  • Developed policies and procedures for successful technical support operation, including web-based call reporting and call tracking mechanism, resulting in over a 50% reduction in outstanding calls and dramatically shortened average time-to-resolution.
  • Established escalation policies and other procedures to ensure that all calls were handled in a timely manner
  • Designed, implemented and completed successful conversion from Novell to NT for 3000+ desktops including conversion from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95, 32 bit Saber Menu System and McAfee Anti-Virus software.
  • Coordinating conversion from NT 4.0 Master Domain to Windows 2000 Active Directory and Exchange 2000.
  • Received a Presidential Commendation for coordination of the campus Y2K remediation effort.

Labs
