UTD | Science Education Find Out More

Earning an MAT-SE degree is no simple task. As a UTD student, it is up to you to know and follow the university policies and procedures. As a Science Education graduate student, you are expected to meet the standards set forth by the department and set by your peers. We've tried to cover the Basics in this brief overview. More specific details will be addressed individually with your advisors and instructors and at more appropriate points within your studies of course.

Most official information can be found by searching the UTD website or reviewing the Science/Mathematics Education website. We also maintain a MAT-SE online FAQ page on the UTTC website. If we've missed something or anything has changed, we'd appreciate your letting us know. We're always open to ideas and suggestions as to how we can improve the program. It's for you! Your positive attitudes and actions will help us ensure that your MAT-SE degree is recognized for our program's breadth and depth in critical areas of science education.
