Your TIS Account

The TIS (TeleCampus Information System) is the central data hub for UT-TeleCampus students. It facilitates the exchange of student information systems (Your SIS Account) between campus administrators (advisors, registrars, financial aid officers and TeleCampus staff). You've probably already used the TIS to set up your account to access your UTTC course(s). You can always get to the TIS by clicking on the student shortcut on the main UTTC website or the TIS link in the 'Student Resources' list in the 'Student Portal'.

Don't forget to update your student information in the TIS if your email address or other personal information changes! This is your responsibility!

Login to the TIS to change your UTTC username or password for course access and update your student profile. It is especially important for you to keep your email address up-to-date in the TIS because that is how staff, faculty and fellow students communicate with you. The TIS is also where you can submit IDEAR (Inter-Institutional Distance Education Admissions and Registration) forms to register for courses offered at campuses other than your home campus.

P.S.   The TIS is also where you’ll find your STUDENT SURVEY (emails will announce semester survey dates). Please take a few minutes to complete these surveys for each UTTC course you're taking. This is one important - and totally anonymous - way we find out how to improve courses and services!
