Designed a 10MHz-bandwidth lock-in amplifier circuit that was integrated with four 840GHz detectors designed by collegues on monolithic CMOS. First tapeout in United Microelectronic Corportation's 130 nano-meter CMOS process. This project is a continuation of this news article.
Done under the supervision of Professor Kenneth Kyongyop O.
