Bio

Omid was born in Hamedan, in 1983. He received the B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. degrees form Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), in 2005 and 2008, respectively.
In January 2009, he joined the Center for Robust Speech Systems (CRSS) at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he is working as a research assistant towards his Ph.D. degree, in Electrical Engineering, under the supervision of Prof. John Hansen.
