Summery:  In this project we study the interaction between TCP and RLP (Radio Link Protocol) layers in a wireless network.

We would like to develope a analytical framefork for modeling TCP over RLP and evantually find a (near-)optimal way for

tuning the TCP parameter  in a wireless environment. Also, we look for novel AQM techniques for improving

the proformance TCP in wireless networks.
