Description of Course:

SPAN 3366 is a language course, which allows advanced language learners to keep increasing their fluency and accuracy in spoken and written Spanish. Importance is given to reading, writing, conversation, and understanding elements of Hispanic cultures. Our goal will be to keep improving and to strengthen the Spanish skills acquired in previous courses and the students’ abilities to develop and express very complex ideas in Spanish both orally and in writing. Therefore, the student will not simply acquire a way of acting and communicating in Spanish, but will become plurilingual and will develop interculturality. By the end of the course, students should have a high command of the four basic language skills: listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing. Students will also be qualified to take 4000 level courses.
