Project Management

Description of Course:

Project management is a review of all the components of developing an interactive project to include people skills, prototype development, usability testing, project plan development, finance, marketing and ethics.

Students will use their knowledge of business, digital entertainment, and the Internet along with reasoning and communication skills to analyze and develop solutions to a variety of business problems facing companies in the global digital economy.

Course may be repeated as topics vary (6 hours maximum).
