Fall 2014 - Undergraduate Course Descriptions
Description of Course:
This course uses principles from dance, Pilates, and yoga among other practices to specifically target flexibility, alignment, and strength in the upper and lower body. Students are asked to set personal fitness goals and work toward meeting these over the course of the semester. Students are expected to show progress and improvement over the course of the semester.

Course Requirements/Evaluation Criteria:
A yoga mat is suggested but not required. Students will write a 5 page research report on a fitness practice of their choice. Students will keep a log that includes their daily fitness activities and semester goals. A tennis ball will be required for at least one class session.
