Description of Course:

Intermediate Spanish II builds on Intermediate Spanish I, both in the classroom and online, introducing learners to more advanced vocabulary and structures, while at the same time reinforcing language acquired in previous semesters. The text, Gente: nivel intermedio, utilizes a task-based content-based approach, incorporates culture, and introduces students to authentic language material (realia) through use of state-of-the-art online technology that create a 24/7 active language-in-culture environment.

All four skills involved in learning a foreign language (listening, speaking, reading and writing) will be integrated into the course work and evaluations.

Required Texts:

Gente: nivel intermedio and MySpanishLab

Once you take the exam, show your score to your adviser. Also bring the score to class the first day.
