Description of Course:
How do you turn an idea into a feature film? This course will explore how to take a concept and develop it into a story worthy of the big screen. Find out how to structure a film, develop interesting characters, write dialogue that zings, create dynamic scenes that draw a viewer in, and much more. Learn the basics of dramatic storytelling through analysis, workshop, and creating your own original work. This course is beneficial to anyone interested screenwriting, or wanting to learn more about principals of characterization, plot development, and dramatic writing.
