Lecture by: Professor Nils Roemer, Stan and Barbara Rabin Professor

After the Holocaust, Germany and its many famous historical sites once again have become important travel destinations for Jewish travelers. This lecture examines the often painful and sometimes ambivalent experiences of Jewish tourists in Germany viewing their visits as part of a German and Jewish cultures of remembrance.
