In an image-saturated environment, how do we slow down long enough to have meaningful encounters with aesthetic objects? Join Arden Reed, Arthur M. and Fanny M. Dole Professor of English at Pomona College, Claremont, California for an evening exploring the territory between still and moving images in this age of cultural acceleration.
