Next Topic with Danielle Dean, Peter Bo Rappmund and Ariane Roesch

Thursday, September 10, 2015, 7:00 p.m.
Venue: CentralTrak, 800 Exposition, Dallas, TX 75226
Admission: Free
Season: 2015-16

Centraltrak is pleased to host an evening of conversation with artists from the exhibition It Came From CalArts. Danielle Dean, Peter Bo Rappmund and Ariane Roesch will discuss their work, their experience as dual residents of California and Texas, and the ways in which they continue to negotiate this blended territory. The discussion will also explore the notion and status of “interdisciplinary” work and the term itself as a label, whether it functions as a descriptive trope or signifies a living concept of experimentation and exchange. Moderated by exhibition curator Robin Myrick.
