World premiere of a new play (with video), written and directed by Fred Curchack Two couples take a dream vacation, a journey through Spain’s art, architecture, poetry, music and dance, and the wonders and horrors of its Christian, Muslim, Jewish, and Gypsy history. ALHAMBRA is a hysterical - historical - tragical - comical - phantasmagorical – theatrical spectacle with acting, video, dance, music, rap, and visionary visual effects. The play confronts our current global/national situation in the mirror of Spain from medieval times to now.
