Literature and Languages

Literature at The University of Texas at Dallas brings together writers and scholars dedicated to the study of literature and culture in an international and interdisciplinary context. With a diverse faculty, which includes distinguished scholars and award-winning teachers, Literature offers students the opportunity to explore a wide range of literary traditions, critical approaches and theoretical debates.

The international and interdisciplinary character of Literature is enhanced by the resources and programs of four centers in the School of Arts and Humanities: the Center for Translation Studies, the Ackerman Center for Holocaust Studies, the Center for U.S.-Mexico Studies and the Center for Asian Studies.
