Undergraduate academic advisors meet with prospective students and current students by appointment only. The advising suite is open Mondays – Fridays from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (closed for lunch). Appointments are booked on the hour and half hour, and they generally last thirty minutes. We look forward to meeting with you!

Graduate support members meet with prospective and current students by appointment and by drop-in. If you have a shorter question and we are free, you are welcome to stop by unannounced. However, if you want to guarantee an uninterrupted conversation, if you are a prospective student or you want to audit your degree plan [Pia], schedule field exams or your portfolio/thesis/dissertation defense [Alice], or set up a time to take your language exam [Julia], please set up an appointment. We are available for appointments from 10 am to 5pm in 30 minute increments. If you are not sure who to talk to, stop by or send an email to any of us and we will figure out what you need.
