Alumni Spotlight: Debbie Hsu

Debbie HsuHello, UT Dallas and my fellow alumni! I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to come back to UT Dallas. It’s always been a dream of mine to work in a university setting and what better way to achieve that life goal than to work for the university that first gave me the tools to excel. I sincerely believe that each and every person at UT Dallas has the opportunity to make an impact on campus and take part in shaping the future of our great alma mater. I’m excited to make my mark on the future of UT Dallas.

One of the most attractive aspects of the UT Dallas community is the fact that our university actively and consistently seeks to change for the better.  The campus beautification project is a great example of the exponential growth that UT Dallas has experienced within the last 5 years. I can even remember back to a time before the Activity Center and South Engineering & Computer Science Building were even built! It truly is an exciting time to be a part of UT Dallas.

I look forward to meeting many of my fellow alumni in my new position as Development Alumni Associate in the Office of Development and Alumni Relations. My new role entails working on special events and communications for the Alumni Relations program. I welcome both students and alumni to contact me if they should have any questions or suggestions on how our office can better serve the UT Dallas community. Come visit us in the Multipurpose Building, room MP 3.202, or call us at 972-UTD-ALUM.
