Christine joined the Arts and Technology (ATEC) Program as an Academic Advisor in August, 2010. She assists undergraduate ATEC students with degree, course and career planning and is the staff sponsor for the UT Dallas Student Animation Guild. Christine earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from New College of California and her BA in Liberal Arts from Indiana University.

Her previous work in higher education has included academic advising at Dallas County Community College (DCCCD), along with program administration of DCCCD’s college preparatory program for underserved high school students, Upward Bound. Christine has a background in the visual arts and a passion for the creative process. To better serve her students, she continues to pursue professional development activities in the areas of arts and technology and academic advising in higher education, through classes, conferences and membership in the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA).
