The Center for Children and Families' 9th Annual Spring Lecture Series on "Expanding Opportunities for Children and Youth ." The lecture series continues the theme of the previous fall forum with a series of talks by Center-affiliated researchers. All lectures are held at the Callier Richardson Addition CRA 12.110 at 9:30-10:30 a.m. with a reception following and are free and open to the public.
He is the Director of the Institute for Urban Policy Research and a Clinical Assistant Professor at UT Dallas.
Dr. Bray will explore the complex patterns between childhood wellbeing and poverty in the neighborhoods of Dallas. He will explore the nexus between poverty and education, neural development, and other pressing issues that impact early development.
