In this workshop, we will discuss the h-index, a metric used to gauge an author’s scholarly impact based on productivity (number of publications) and impact factor (times cited). You will learn how to calculate this metric using the SCOPUS and Web of Science library databases. Alternate methods and resources will be briefly discussed.
