Mindful meditation might be called the great missing piece for living sanely and healthily in today’s high-pressure world.
In this special four week Mindful Meditation for Beginners Series at the Galerstein Gender Center, Mastermind instructor Dorsey Standish will teach mindfulness as a way of bringing great awareness, ease, energy, and freedom into daily life.
Curriculum will include a background on mindfulness, important brain health information, the study of the pillars of mindfulness and the practice of various mindfulness techniques - all in a supportive environment structured to help you design your own personal practice.
