There are more than FIFTY career options available to PhD's in STEM fields. If you'd like to see a list of these career options, while learning about how to select the best option for you, then don't miss this thought-provoking and interactive workshop! Here you will learn about a logical, step-by-step process for exploring your career options and deciding which option will provide the best fit for your own set of skills, values and interests.
This workshop is limited to PhD students and Postdoctoral Scholars in STEM fields. Light refreshments will be served. Participants should bring a laptop or iPad. We expect this event to be full; therefore, advanced registration is required.

About the Speaker: Bill Lindstaedt is a UCSF administrator and career counselor specializing in career development issues for doctoral level trainees in the sciences. He manages a group of services known as Career Advancement, International and Postdoctoral Services (CAIPS). Collectively, the group's mission is to facilitate successful health sciences and life sciences careers worldwide. Bill is a co-author of Science Magazine's myIDP.
