Disruptions in brain energy metabolism (BEM)  may represent early disease markers in Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The study supports the feasibility of deploying 31P MRS at 7 Tesla to understand the relationship of BEM and cognition in Mild Cognitive Impairment.
