Each session is two hours in length and focuses on basic supervision and management skills. Participants completing all six modules will receive certificates of completion.
Module 4 – Conflict Resolution – Participants will learn about the nature of conflict, common approaches we adopt when in conflict and the importance of supervisors and managers taking appropriate action in response to workplace conflict.
- Understand and be able to define workplace conflict
- Review how we typically or traditionally respond in times of conflict
- Learn about five common approaches to conflict and assess your preferred approach to conflict
- Understand what supervisors and managers must do in order to respond effectively to workplace conflict.
