Three out of every four American workers describe their work as stressful. And the problem is not limited to these shores. In fact, occupational stress has been defined as a "global epidemic" by the United Nations' International Labor Organization. Simply assessed stress is usually brought on by either situations, other people, or self-imposed.
Eliminating stress is nearly impossible, so the key is learning how to deal with the stress in healthy ways.
While all of this seems daunting, the reality is that we can do some things that will make the stress less, well stressful. Join us for this 90 minute sessions that looks at the root causes of our stresses and offers some ways to make the stress . . . less stressful.
