Grant Writing Certificate Series: Writing the Project Summary
Tuesday, Oct. 29
2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. Location: FA 2.206

Because the project summary will be one of the first things a reviewer reads, make sure it is persuasive enough to encourage your reviewer to continue reading your grant proposal and then delivers, quickly, the basics of what you are asking for.

It is worth remembering grant reviewers read dozens of proposals during a day or a week. To get beyond their glazed eyes and brains, your proposal must be outstanding. Start by getting the summary right. This presentation will talk about how to do that and review a series of examples.

This workshop is open to students who are and are not participating in the Grant Writing Certificate Series.
