The House Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress would like to make Congress function more efficiently by gathering expert recommendations on ways to modernize human resources practices in order to best attract and retain talented employees.

As part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Scholars Strategy Network Chapter, we are putting together a panel of specialists in local government/nonprofit/for profit to start a conversation on how to attract and retain talent on organizations.
