Raytheon hosts an information session to present and share company insights and employment opportunities. Use the recruitment event to network and explore career in the Leadership Development Programs (LDP) of Global Trade (GT) and Finance.

GT LDP participants will be given challenging assignments that will develop functional skills. Participants may have the opportunity to travel throughout the country to attend training sessions that provide not only EX/IM specific training but also finance, leadership and business acumen. Participants will visit Raytheon Businesses during the program and will have exposure to Raytheon leadership across the company.

The Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a highly visible program designed to bring talented undergraduates into the finance organization and develop them into future leaders at Raytheon. FLDP participants will gain experience within the Finance Organization through three 12-month assignments over a three-year period. Rotational assignments based on business need and fit.

Christine will discuss the Financial Accounting Standard Board’s operations and highlight current projects.

Christine Ann Botosan joined the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on July 1, 2016. Prior to joining the Board, Ms. Botosan served as a professor of accounting at the David Eccles School of Business at The University of Utah.

An award-winning professor and researcher, Ms. Botosan has a broad knowledge of accounting issues, with particular expertise in the areas of financial statement analysis and valuation. She has served the academic community in numerous ways, and is a past president of the American Accounting Association. 

A certified valuation analyst and a chartered professional accountant of Canada, Ms. Botosan received her Ph.D. in business administration from The University of Michigan and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.
