Meet the Team

Jodelle Oakley

Jodelle Oakley, MS
Director, Education Division

Jodelle Oakley joined the Callier Center in August 2014 as director of the education division. She has over 30 years of extensive experience in early childhood administration, leadership and staff development. Ms. Oakley holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida.


Beth Harben

Beth Harben, BS
Preschool Program Manager

Beth Harben joined the Child Development Program in 2012 as the preschool program coordinator. She leads the preschool teachers who have specialized training and education in the care of children ages 2 to 5. Ms. Harben has served the early childhood community for over 25 years as an educator, trainer and administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.


Kathy Powers

Kathy Powers, AS
Infant-Toddler Program Manager

Kathy Powers, infant-toddler program coordinator, manages and supports the teams of early childhood teachers who specialize in the care and developmental progress of infants and toddlers ages 0 to 2. She has served the Child Development Program since 2006, supporting the preschool teachers from 2006 - 2012 and the infant-toddler program from 2012 to the present. As a teacher, trainer and program administrator, Ms. Powers has served the early childhood community for 37 years. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Child Development from Brookhaven College.
