The Callier Child Development Program is an active, nurturing, learning environment for infants through kindergarten age children. Experiences are offered in a stimulating, creative atmosphere where curiosity, exploration and discovery are facilitated by a supportive staff-to-child ratio that is based on optimal guidelines for each age group.
Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the program encompasses both tuition-based child development and public school deaf education.
The program is a collaboration of The University of Texas at Dallas, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and the Dallas Independent School District. Only families affiliated with UT Southwestern Medical Center or UT Dallas are eligible for tuition-based enrollment. All Deaf Education students are enrolled through the Dallas Independent School District – Dallas Regional Day School Program for the Deaf.
