The Graduate School Expo is open to all graduate and professional school programs and is an opportunity for these schools and programs to recruit UT Dallas students. Representatives from law schools, medical schools, business, engineering & computer science and other programs from private and public institutions are welcome to register and attend.


Representatives from UT Dallas graduate programs will also attend.

You will be prompted to select your organization/company name and then you will complete the required fields as needed. Once your profile is complete and submitted, you will receive an email in 1-2 business days that the account has been approved and activated.

Pricing Information

Registration for all organizations: $50

(If registration fills prior to TBD your organization will be added to a waitlist. Your organization will be notified if a cancellation occurs. You will then be able to register and submit payment.)

Cancellation Policy

Because the majority of our expenses are incurred at the time of your registration:

  • organizations who register and cancel prior to TBD will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee
  • organizations who cancel on or after TBD will receive NO REFUND
  • registered organizations who do not show up for the Expo will receive NO REFUND (if your payment is not received by TBD, your organization will be billed for the full registration fee)
