We encourage you to consider hosting an on-campus information session. This is a very effective way to market your organization to students or to provide information about your organization to students before the on-campus interview.
Information sessions must be scheduled in advance. Contact the Recruiting Coordinator (972-883-6842) to schedule the event. You can host an information session throughout the academic year.
If your information session is in conjunction with your on-campus interview schedule, it still must be schedule in advance but can occur any time prior to your interview date. If you choose to have refreshments catered by UT Dallas find information at Chartwells.
The event will be promoted to the students as an "open" session, which is open to any and all interested students, or as a "closed" session open only to those with whom you have scheduled interviews. You may discuss these options with the Recruiting Coordinator.
Cancellation of scheduled information sessions must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the event.
