Summer intern housing is available from May 22 to Aug. 5, 2018.

Housing Rates

University Commons Residence Halls


  • $33 per person, per night for a private bedroom in a three-bedroom suite.
  • $66 per person, per night for an entire three-bedroom suite, subject to availability (may not be shared).
  • $150 one-time service, administrative and insurance fee.
  • One microwave/refrigerator combo included per suite. Linens not included.

Canyon Creek Heights Apartments


  • $33 per person, per night for a shared bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment.
  • $38 per person, per night for a private bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment.
  • $43 per person, per night for a private bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment.
  • $48 per person, per night for a private one-bedroom apartment.
  • $150 one-time service, administrative and insurance fee.
  • Availability at Canyon Creek is limited. Apartments are not guranteed.

Meal Plans

  • Summer 80 | $764.80 + tax
    80 meals throughout the summer at Dining Hall West
  • Summer 60 | $611.00 + tax
    60 meals throughout the summer at Dining Hall West with $50 of Meal Money that can be used at any dining location on campus
  • Summer 30 | $555.90 + tax
    30 meals throughout the summer at Dining Hall West with $300 of Meal Money that can be used at any dining location on campus

Meals can be added at any time during your stay.

2018 Dining Hall walk-in pricing:

  • Breakfast — $8.46
  • Lunch — $9.75
  • Dinner — $10.97

Parking

32+ days — $47 per permit

Activity Center

Activity Center Usage — $10 per person per week

Payment

  • There is $150 prepayment due with signed agreement. This will officially reserve your summer space. The prepayment will be applied to the initial bill.
  • The entire balance of the initial bill must be paid on or before the day of arrival.
  • Payment can be made by check, money order or credit card.
  • A final bill may be issued for any damages upon departure.
  • You may cancel your reservation in writing by April 15 to receive a full refund of the prepayment or monies already paid.
  • Any cancellation for any reason after April 15 will forfeit all payments received.
  • No refunds will be given after you move in, including unused meals, parking and Activity Center memberships.
