The BRIGHT Leaders program invites you to join us for an explanation of The 6 Thinking Hats technique. Based on the work of Dr. Edward de Bono, 6 Thinking Hats is a tool that allows you to consider a decision or problem from different angles. It enables you to deliberately see aspects you might otherwise overlook, making your decision better and more resilient in the end. Useful both for individuals and groups, it will help you examine an issue from a variety of perspectives in a clear, conflict-free way. Join us as we explain the principles behind this technique and examine how it can improve decision making for you and your team.
